He successfully led the turnaround of a loss-making asset of one of Africa’s largest integrated phosphate rock operations in Senegal, restoring it to profitability. He also spearheaded the development of a pioneering marine chemicals complex in western India, encompassing the mining of industrial salt and sulphate of potash, and implemented technologies recognized as world-first innovations.
His career spans extensive work across the Democratic Republic of Congo, Morocco, Senegal, Guinea, Indonesia, and Peru, where he has played a key role in advancing mining and chemical projects from concept to execution. Earlier, he served with a French multinational as Head of India & South-East Asia operations, where he drove strategic growth and business turnaround initiatives. Widely travelled, he has conducted business in over 73 countries, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and international business acumen to every project.
Mr. Subash Kasinathan

Seasoned professional with over two decades of leadership in the mining, specialty chemicals, and chemical industries, specializing in Sulphate of Potash, Bromine, Salt, and specialty chemical products. He has extensive experience in product development, taking innovations from R&D to pilot and plant scale.
Subash has led large-scale projects from concept to commercial execution across India and internationally, known for building high-performance teams and driving operational excellence with a strong focus on safety and sustainability.
An engineering graduate and Chartered Engineer with an MBA, he has completed advanced leadership programs, strengthening his strategic and operational capabilities. His accomplishments include setting up and scaling greenfield chemical plants, enhancing productivity, reducing operational costs, and implementing systems to improve process efficiency and product quality. Combining deep technical expertise with commercial acumen – adapting western technologies with innovative Asian manufacturing practices to deliver economically viable projects without compromising technical & operating efficiency is the specialization Subash has added to his resume over the years. Subash consistently delivers results while maintaining a commitment to environmental compliance and stakeholder trust.
Dr. Subhash Babu Ainampudi
Chief Geologist
AusIMM-accredited Chartered Professional with over three decades of experience in mineral exploration and resource estimation of various minerals across geographies.
Extensive expertise in exploring a wide range of minerals (including gold, base metals, iron, rare metals, REEs, diamonds, gemstones, and coal), and strong knowledge in mine planning, sustainable development, economic feasibility reports, mineral processing, and economics. Recognized for managing multidisciplinary projects in geological mapping, geophysical investigations, drilling, feasibility reporting, resource estimation, mine planning, beneficiation, and business development, utilizing various mining software, satellite remote sensing, and GIS. Skilled in development corridor planning, socio-economic development, and overseeing divisional operations, including budgeting and strategic planning.
With more than a decade of relevant deposit-specific experience, he is fully eligible under both the JORC Code and Canada’s NI 43-101 standards to act as a Competent Person / Qualified Person for technical reporting.
Under his leadership many feasibility studies were conducted that resulted in successful mining projects across Africa and South America.

Mike Beare

With over a decade of experience in developing and operating Bulyanhulu gold mine for Barrick in Tanzania Mile Beare in his 30 years of experience has conducted many explorations, feasibility studies, technical due diligence and business improvement. A highlight of this time was a secondment to McKinsey where he received a thorough introduction to management consulting.
After a brief period in Greenland with Crew Gold, He joined SRK for 20 years. With SRK, He managed 44 feasibility studies for various mining projects around the world. These technical studies have resulted in capital investment of over USD9.6 billion in expansions or new mine start-ups. He is currently based in Almaty where since 2017 he re-established the Central Asian consulting practice of SRK. Recent achievements have been the completion of the Almalyk Feasibility Study for AGMK in Uzbekistan which is set to become the largest copper gold mine in the world with over 20 billion tonnes of JORC resource containing over 45 Mt of copper and 5,700 t of gold. The SRK feasibility study was for the expansion to 100 Mtpa throughput and has been the basis for recent, significant fundraisings.
David Michael ‘Mike’ Begg

With over four decades of experience in the mining industry, he has held senior leadership roles across multiple mining companies. A geologist by training, he has headed technical services with expertise spanning exploration, resource evaluation, and mining geology. His operational leadership includes serving as General Manager of both non-refractory and highly refractory gold mines, providing him with comprehensive exposure to the full spectrum of mining operations.
He has held senior executive positions including Senior Vice President at Asanko Gold and Director of Operations at Vantage Goldfields, where he oversaw large-scale gold mining projects. In addition to operational leadership, he has contributed his technical expertise to the preparation of NI 43-101 Technical Reports for Asante Gold Corporation (Chirano, Bibiani, and Kubi Gold Mines) and has conducted due diligence reviews for a wide range of mineral projects in Ghana and internationally.
